About Me

Art has always been a way for me to both escape and express myself. I don't have much patience for realism, but love to create with explosions of color and movement. I draw influence from my surroundings in the Pacific Northwest and my time spent working on boats. I am forever fascinated by the movement of water and find that the ocean is where I truly belong. I love everything to do with the outdoors and when I am not working outside I can be found rock climbing, skiing, hiking, swimming, scuba diving, or traveling. I love the way that art can unify people around the world.
